Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with strong expertise in the Higher Education domain to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions for academic institutions.
The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Student Information Systems (SIS), academic structures, student lifecycle management, and Salesforce architecture. This role will be responsible for translating institutional requirements into scalable, secure, and integrated Salesforce solutions while providing technical leadership across architecture, integration, data migration, governance, and implementation activities.
Experience :
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3 - 5 years in a Salesforce Architect role.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions within Higher Education institutions.
- Hands-on experience with Academic Structures, Student Lifecycle Management, and Student Information Systems (SIS).
- Experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives for universities, colleges, or educational institutions.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
Technical Skills :
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Architecture and Solution Design.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Education Cloud and related Salesforce products.
- Experience designing enterprise integrations and API-led architectures.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security models, role hierarchies, profiles, permission sets, and data governance.
- Experience with Salesforce development frameworks, integrations, and platform customization.
- Strong understanding of data migration, data quality, and master data management.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and cloud-based solutions.
