Senior Frontend Engineer
Location : Noida, India
Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Drive frontend architecture decisions and establish engineering best practices.
- Build reusable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, estimations, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers.
- Optimize application performance, security, scalability, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive long-term improvements.
Mandatory Skills :
- 5+ years of frontend development experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with React.js or Next.js.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong understanding of SSR, SSG, ISR, SEO optimization, and Next.js architecture.
- Experience with Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar state management solutions.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, WebSockets, and real-time applications.
- Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization, browser rendering, and Core Web Vitals.
- Experience leading code reviews, mentoring developers, and driving technical decisions.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with Vercel deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in Fintech, Trading Platforms, Crypto, or Blockchain applications.
- Experience with Microfrontend architecture and Module Federation.
- Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, Mixpanel, CleverTap, or similar analytics tools.
- Experience with Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or React Testing Library.
- Experience with AWS, Cloudflare, CDN optimization, and high-traffic applications.
