Job purpose

The PMO Analyst will work in a fast-paced environment and provide Operational support to the Project Managers, Business Management team and Development teams to ensure project adhere to standards, timelines, budget, and reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities

5-7 years of experience in PMO with a focus on SPM

Proven experience as a PMO Analyst with SDLC lifecycle, project methodologies, ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)

Experience implementing end-to-end PMO solutions.

Strong Agile experience handling Scrum Kanban projects

Familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle (git, Jenkins, etc.), CI/CD processes.

Experience in the financial services industry, financial instruments, asset classes, and market data are a plus.

Assist stakeholders with tracking and streamlining the project / program plans.

Maintain PMO related documents in share path.

In-depth knowledge of PMO functions.

Strong track record of excellent results delivered to internal and external clients.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Able to work independently without the need for close supervision and collaboratively as part of cross-team efforts.

Key competencies

Experience working in a PMO organization and knowledgeable on the full SDLC lifecycle and project methodologies.

Experience working with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), JIRA, Confluence and MS Office Applications (including Excel PowerPoint). Power BI knowledge a plus.

Strong communication/presentation skills (written and oral) in cross-cultural business environment

Strong work ethic with focus on meeting deadlines and objectives

Must be highly energetic, detail-orientated, and extremely proactive, and be able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment

Experience working in the Financial Industry a plus
