Job Description
- Coordinating all activities and dependencies of UAT to ensure the successful acceptance by the business owners of the delivery n.
- Identify appropriate resolution to achieve client satisfaction in a timely manner
- Develop SQL query scripts for various checks on database.
- Periodic reviews with customers on all open issues, SLA tracking and demonstrating the value addition will be rewarded.
- Experience to handle pressure in production Severity 1 issues or Go-Live
