Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that deliveries are made on time and in accordance with customer requirements
Plan and organize delivery schedules to ensure that goods are delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner
Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring that goods are securely loaded and transported
Track deliveries and maintain accurate records of deliveries made and goods received
Ensure that all deliveries are made in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with health and safety regulations and company procedures
Communicate with customers to resolve any delivery-related issues and to provide updates on delivery schedules
Continuously monitor delivery processes to identify and implement improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
