Job Description
Role & responsibilities :-
Deliver products, parcels, food, or documents safely and on time.
Pick up orders from the assigned location and deliver them to customers.
Verify customer details and collect payments when required.
Handle cash, UPI, and other payment methods accurately.
Maintain proper records of deliveries and payments.
Communicate politely with customers and resolve basic delivery-related queries.
Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
Take care of the delivery vehicle and report any issues promptly.
Preferred candidate profile :-
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass preferred.
Valid driving licence.
Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
Basic knowledge of the local area and routes.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Responsible, punctual, and physically fit.
