Job Description
Job Title: Delinea SME
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, administer, and support Delinea Secret Server (On-Premises and Cloud) environments, ensuring platform availability, performance, and security.
- Lead Delinea engineering activities including implementation, upgrades, migrations, onboarding of privileged accounts, and platform integrations.
- Provide L2 operational support, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and service improvement initiatives.
- Implement and manage password vaulting, automated password rotation, privileged access workflows, and compliance controls.
- Develop automation and integrations with AD/Azure AD, IGA, SIEM, ITSM, and MFA solutions using APIs and scripting.
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with Delinea platform administration and engineering.
- Strong knowledge of PAM concepts including privileged account onboarding, password vaulting, rotation, and access governance.
- Experience integrating Delinea with Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, MFA, SIEM, and ITSM platforms.
- Experience in L2 support, troubleshooting, upgrades, patching, and PAM platform operations.
- Scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, REST APIs, and SQL.
