Job Title: Manager - Sales (Trade Marketing)

Function: Del Monte Foods Sales


Location: Gurgaon


Reporting to: DGM - Sales (Trade Marketing)

Purpose of the Job


The incumbent will be responsible for implementing GTM and shopper marketing strategies ensuring use of technology to measure growth and productivity for increasing market share and profitability on sustainable basis in the region in line with the plans firmed by National Customer Development and Shopper Marketing Manager and RSM.

Deliverables


Expected Key Results Activities

Building ahead of the curve distribution infrastructure

- Distributor profiling, health checks and rightsizing

- Distributor loyalty programme management

Sales force automation


- Implementation of DMS and order taking app


- Design and derive intelligence to support efficiency in sales operations and provide insights to bring incremental sales

Sales process owner

- Implementation of sales processes and dashboards

- Way of Working implementation in region - Distributor/FOS/TSM and enhancing Feet on Street productivity

Third party capability

- Third party sales force evaluation programmes, Performance bucketing

- FOS incentives and implementation of training and development programmes

Trade Marketing


- Owns execution of trade marketing calendar

- Provide insights on spend Effectiveness

Market Specific Strategy


- Create understanding and buy in for the same within the region

- Owns implementation of Market classification - specific strategy/programmes

Loyalty Programs


- Owner of retail loyalty programs implementation


- Owner of wholesale loyalty programs implementation

Shopper marketing


- Shopper specific programmes - In store execution Regional execution of Product Pack strategy

RE Specific Strategy


- Onus of developing all identified retail environments

- Onus of developing intended product pack business in specific retail environments

Direct and indirect reach increase


- Implementation of coverage increase plans

- Aids implementation of FOS manning principals, beat restructuring, etc
