Debt Management Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure successful collections and meet performance targets.
• Communicate the repercussions of defaulting on loan repayments to customers.
• Make reminder calls to delinquent customers who have missed their EMI payments.
• Coordinate with Field Executives and provide assistance as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum qualification: 12th-grade education or graduation.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; observant and presentable.
• Basic knowledge of the internet and search engine usage.
• DRA certification (preferred, not mandatory).
