Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced DCIM (Sunbird) L3 Engineer with 8+ years of experience in Data Center Infrastructure Management. The candidate will be responsible for L3-level support, administration, troubleshooting, optimization, and maintenance of Sunbird DCIM platforms and data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 technical support for Sunbird DCIM environments.
• Administer, configure, and maintain the Sunbird DCIM platform.
• Troubleshoot complex DCIM application and infrastructure issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis and provide permanent solutions for recurring issues.
• Monitor data center infrastructure, capacity, assets, devices, and environmental parameters through DCIM.
• Manage integration of DCIM with data center infrastructure, monitoring, and other enterprise systems.
• Configure and maintain data center assets, racks, power, cooling, connectivity, and capacity information.
• Support DCIM upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and platform enhancements.
• Analyze application/system logs and troubleshoot performance and connectivity issues.
• Coordinate with vendors, infrastructure teams, application teams, and other stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and configuration records.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of the DCIM platform.
• Participate in on-call and critical incident support as required.
