Purpose of the Job
Overall responsible for O&M, SPoC - Day to day operation and manage critical situations to achieve SLAs - uptime to meet the customer requirment, Ensures reliability and efficiency of DC Operation, Owns Sow and SLAs, PPM , Safety - DRs , Audit Readiness - certification follow ups , Compliance - Space management - BCMS Core Filed - Electrical Panels - HT 110/33KV /11KV , Transformers, UPS ,Chillers , PAHU , PAC, AHU, STP , HSD , energy managment, IBMS, Chiller Plant Manager.
Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)
- Lead Shift team and ensure all planned and un planned activities to be executed with the time line with good communication
- Tracking all the complaint and closing with in the SLA deviation
- Incident management and RCA with closer of RCA recomendation on time with periodic review of RCA
- Asset management - Warranty - AMC - Lifecycle - Capacity management
- 5 PPM tracking and completion with the TAT - with OEM and ensure 100% availability of equipment's
- Vendor management with RAT and TAT on compliants and ensure the uptime of redundant equipment's too
- Track and Maintain record for all stocks as per the BCP requirement
- Coordinating with all CE Team for customer related quires and submitining report on time
- Maintaining all Compliance 100% with track of periodic tracker
- Maintaining and adhere the Physical security Process
- Preparation of Risk assessment and period validations and updates based on the incidents and RCA
- Updating all inventories up to date with capacity vs accompany vs balance on monthly basses with customer details on Rack inventory
- Submitting all reports on time with the agreed time line
- All audit and compliance should be 100%
- Knowledge in HSE
Demonstrate (Key competencies)
- Electrical / Mechanical Engineering degree
- Proven relevant work experience in Data Center Industry
- Solid technical background, with understanding and hands-on experience in data center Infrastructure
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Educational Level
Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
Working Experience
At least 7+ years of progressive data center and/or critical facilities experience
