Job Description
Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in React.js and React Native
- JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
- State management: Redux / Redux Toolkit / Context API
- UI frameworks: Material UI / Ant Design / Tailwind
- Mobile features: push notifications, biometrics, secure storage
- API integration: REST, OAuth2, JWT
- Git, CI/CD pipelines, testing (Jest, RTL)
- Banking / Fintech Experience (Preferred)
- Experience with mobile banking, payments, or fintech platforms
- Knowledge of secure app development (SSL pinning, device binding)
- Exposure to regulatory and compliance-driven systems
- Familiarity with FIDO2 / password less authentication
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration
- Ownership mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead development of React (Web) and React Native (Android & iOS) applications
- Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices
- Build secure, high-performance, and responsive UI components
- Integrate frontend applications with REST / GraphQL APIs
- Implement authentication, authorization, and session management
- Perform code reviews and mentor frontend engineers
- Ensure compliance with banking-grade security and performance standards
- Collaborate with UX, backend (Spring Boot / Microservices), and DevOps team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6-8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on React and React Native based technologies.
