Job Description

Were looking for a fresher with strong fundamentals in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) to contribute to building high-performance, scalable systems. You’ll work closely with senior engineers to solve real-world problems using clean code, optimal algorithms, and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement efficient solutions using core data structures (arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, hash maps, graphs).
  • Analyze time and space complexity and optimize code for performance.
  • Write clean, maintainable code with basic unit tests.
  • Participate in code reviews and learn best practices (version control, CI/CD).
  • Debug issues and contribute to documentation and knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with product and QA teams to deliver features reliably.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong grasp of DSA: sorting & searching, recursion, dynamic programming, greedy algorithms, graph traversal, tree operations, hashing.
  • Problem-solving ability with attention to complexity.
  • Programming proficiency in one or more: Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Basic understanding of OOP concepts and coding standards.
  • Familiarity with Git and command-line tooling.
  • Clear communication and willingness to learn.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred)

  • Exposure to databases (SQL/NoSQL), REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of basic system design concepts (scalability, caching).
  • Experience with online judges (LeetCode, HackerRank, CodeChef) or GitHub projects.
  • Internship/project experience in software development.

Education

  • B.E./B.Tech/MCA/B.Sc (CS/IT) or equivalent. Final-year students or 2024/2025/2026 graduates welcome.
