Role Summary

We are looking for an Associate (02 years of experience) to join our Report Generation Team (RGT) within the Data Analytics function. This role primarily supports the operations team by providing strong backend data support, delivering high-quality Excel reports, and generating actionable insights that contribute to client-facing presentations.

The candidate will be responsible for handling large datasets, performing data analysis, and transforming raw data into structured reports. This role plays a critical part in enabling efficient decision-making and improving overall reporting quality, directly

impacting client satisfaction.

Role Purpose

• The primary purpose of this role is to provide backend analytical and reporting support
• to the Operations team by ensuring accurate, high-quality Excel reports and insights.
• These outputs are used by the Operations team to prepare client presentations,
• contributing directly to deliver quality and client satisfaction.
• Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities
• Transform raw data into meaningful insights to support business decision-making
• Work extensively with large datasets and ensure efficient data handling
• Prepare structured reports, and automated Excel solutions
• Conduct market research and provide strong data-driven inputs
• Optimize and automate reporting processes using AI tools and Python scripts
• Improve reporting efficiency through standardization and automation
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements
• Maintain accuracy across all reports
• Ensure timely delivery of reports within defined deadlines
• Continuously reduce manual effort through automation and process improvements

• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel formulas and functions for data analysis
• Organize, clean, and structure data for efficient analysis and reporting
