Job Summary

Bluphlux is seeking a talented Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI to join our innovative team. As a Data Scientist at Bluphlux, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing advanced AI algorithms that enhance our recruitment processes. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to leverage Language Models (LLMs) and other AI technologies to improve the accuracy and efficiency of resume ranking and candidate selection.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI algorithms, specifically focusing on Generative AI, to improve recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and improve algorithm performance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to ensure Bluphlux remains at the forefront of technological innovation.
• Conduct experiments and validate models to ensure their effectiveness and accuracy.
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing AI algorithms, with a focus on Generative AI.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• PhD in a related field is a plus.
• Experience with Language Models (LLMs) and their application in recruitment.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly.
