Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop best in class ML models, train, evaluate performance and optimize models
Productionize ML models, collaborate with data engineers and ML Ops to deploy models into production while ensuring scalability
Monitor and evaluate the performance of ML models
Conduct analysis to extract insights from data
Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines
Experience in building AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, MCP etc

Skills:

Proficiency in developing and deploying machine learning and deep learning models
Expertise in Python and SQL with strong knowledge of Python based ML/DL frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn.
Extensive experience with statistical modeling (regression, trees, boosting, random forests, etc.)
Proficiency in working with large, tabular datasets, and applying data science techniques for data analysis
Experience in leveraging Generative AI, transformers architecture (BERT, GPT etc) and proficiency in working with embeddings.
Good understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Text Preprocessing, Text Classification, Entity Recognition.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g.AWS) and related services
Experience in monitoring ML models in production ensuring robust health and performance while enabling continuous improvement
Experience with RDBMS, NoSQL and vector databases
Knowledge of REST APIs and Web Services
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms and software engineering

Qualification:

Bachelors/Masters degree from tier 1 institutes like IIT/BITS Pilani etc.
