Job Title: Data Scientist Generative AI Specialist Experience Level: 3 5 years Location: Gurgaon Job Summary: Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development and Implementation:
  • Design and fine-tune generative AI models for tasks such as text generation, image synthesis, and decision-making.
  • Work with frameworks like GPT, DALL E, or custom transformer-based models.
• Agentic Framework Integration:
  • Develop autonomous agents using the Agentic Framework, enabling AI systems to reason, plan, and act independently.
  • Build pipelines for integrating agent-based decision-making systems into real-world applications.
• Data Analysis and Preprocessing:
  • Clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data to ensure model readiness.
  • Use advanced statistical techniques and data visualization to gain insights and drive decisions.
• Cloud and Infrastructure:
  • Deploy AI models on scalable cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Optimize workflows using containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Collaboration and Innovation:
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions.
  • Stay up to date on GenAI and agentic framework advancements, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
• Performance Optimization:
  • Conduct rigorous testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure models perform efficiently in production environments.

Qualifications: Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Expertise in Generative AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and diffusion models.
• Familiarity with the Agentic Framework or similar paradigms for autonomous AI agents.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and reinforcement learning.
• Experience with data processing tools such as pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI).
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools for model lifecycle management.

Education:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
