Data Scientist

Worksite: Gurgaon / Noida / Pune

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Scientist with more than 3 years of experience to join our team. You will be working on cutting-edge projects that involve building machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP), and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models to solve business problems, including classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems.
• Build and manage end-to-end data science pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production environments
• Ensure models are scalable, accurate, and aligned with business objectives
• Work with both structured and unstructured data from various sources, including images, text, and sensor data.
• Continuously evaluate and improve model performance, ensuring that solutions are up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Familiarity with NLP techniques deep learning models including CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers including LLMs, classification, and sentiment analysis.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large, complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
