Data Scientist / AI Engineer & Mentor

About the Role:

As a Data Scientist & Mentor, youll lead the development of real AI systems while coaching students in applied data science and machine learning through direct collaboration.

You’ll transform complex AI concepts into hands-on, experience-based learning, empowering students to explore data-driven problem-solving.

Core Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI/ML models for image, text, and data-based projects (both in-house & external).
• Mentor students, guiding them through dataset creation, model building, testing, and tuning.
• Lead mini AI labs where students participate in real production pipelines.
• Encourage critical thinking — helping students understand model ethics, data bias, and real-world use cases.
• Review and refine student-written scripts, improving their coding quality and approach.
• Integrate AI models with web, game, or robotic systems collaboratively.

Required Skills

• Strong in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
• Understanding of ML algorithms, evaluation, and optimization.
• Proven ability to mentor beginners through practical experimentation.

Preferred

• Familiarity with Generative AI (LLMs, Transformers).
• Experience mentoring teams in AI projects or hackathons.

Work Structure

• 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday), 9 hours per day.
