Job Description
Development experience and hands-on expertise in Azure and Generative AI technologies. The idealcandidate will design, develop, and deploy AI and ML solutions that delivermeasurable business value. You will work closely with engineering andconsulting teams to bring intelligence to data-driven systems, build AI models,and integrate them into scalable production environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI/ML models and pipelines for real-worldbusiness problems.
- Build, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning modelsusing Azure Machine Learning and related cloud services.
- Develop scalable data ingestion, transformation, and featureengineering workflows.
- Apply Generative AI (LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering) forautomation and cognitive use cases.
- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and domainexperts to operationalize AI solutions.
- Evaluate model performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimizemodel accuracy and efficiency.
- Contribute to the architecture of data and AI solutions withinAzure ecosystem (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Cognitive Services).
- Stay updated with emerging trends in applied AI, GenAI frameworks,and MLOps practices.
- Present technical insights, findings, and recommendations tobusiness stakeholders.
Basic Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science, applied AI, or ML engineering roles.
- Strong Python programming skills with proficiency inML/DL libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Solid understanding of Azure AI stack (Azure ML, Cognitive Services,OpenAI on Azure, Synapse, Data Factory).
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g.,Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS).
- Experience in building APIs, deploying ML models , andintegrating AI into applications.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with structured/unstructured datasources.
- Familiarity with MLOps pipelines , CI/CD practices, andcontainerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention toscalability and optimization.
PreferredQualifications
- Experience in Generative AI model fine-tuning , promptengineering , or multi-agent orchestration .
- Exposure to LangChain, Semantic Kernel , or LlamaIndex frameworks.
- Working knowledge of Azure Databricks , Power BI with AI integration ,or datavisualization tools.
- Strong consulting background or client-facing experience.
- Masterdegree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a relatedfield.
- Experience in Generative AI model fine-tuning , promptengineering , or multi-agent orchestration .
