About the Role:

In this role, you will have the potential to define and shape the AI strategy for Indias first real
estate ecosystem of developers, brokers, societies, and most importantly, people like you
the end customer!

on a data science team, and willing to take end-to-end ownership of all machine learning
problems, this is already a good fit!

products and clients. Youll be expected to execute in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities,
and limited resources.

Responsibilities:

Architect, develop, and deploy advanced deep learning models using PyTorch or
TensorFlow for cutting-edge applications in areas such as computer vision, natural
language processing, and generative AI.
Optimize model performance with state-of-the-art techniques like model
quantization, distillation, transfer learning, or multi-GPU training.
Along with product managers, own the business outcomes/metrics which the data
science model/algorithm drives.
Stay abreast of the latest advances in ML research with a goal of incorporating
state of the art advancements wherever beneficial.
Communicate results and ideas to key decision makers.

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or deep learning.
Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow; strong coding skills in Python and familiarity
with libraries such as HuggingFace, OpenCV and Scikit-Learn.
Solid understanding of the mathematics related to data science statistics, probability,
linear algebra, etc.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
Existing publication record in top-tier ML/AI conferences or contributions to opensource
ML projects is highly appreciated.
