About the Role

We are looking for passionate Data Scientists across multiple experience levels to design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions that solve real-world business challenges. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud-based ML deployments. Depending on your experience, you will contribute as an individual contributor, technical mentor, or AI leader driving enterprise-scale initiatives.

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and LLM-based solutions.
• Build scalable data pipelines and production-ready ML models using Python, SQL, and Spark.
• Deploy and monitor ML models on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (Vertex AI preferred).
• Develop and optimize GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI applications.
• Perform data analysis, feature engineering, model evaluation, and experimentation.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize model performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Implement MLOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.
• Document technical solutions and communicate insights effectively.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical decision-making (for senior roles).
• Drive AI architecture, technical roadmap, and enterprise AI strategy (for lead roles).

• 2–10+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Applied Machine Learning, or AI.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and Apache Spark.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Machine Learning
  • Deep Learning
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience building and deploying ML solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP/Vertex AI.
• Understanding of model evaluation, feature engineering, and optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management experience for senior-level candidates.
