Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop credit risk models using machine learning algorithms to predict loan defaults and improve portfolio performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions for credit risk management.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders on how to optimize credit risk strategies.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in data science or a related field with expertise in credit risk modelling.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and PySpark.
- Experience working with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.
