Data Science Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of data scientists to deliver high-quality analytics solutions for clients.
• Develop and implement effective mentoring programs to improve team performance and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in Data Science Manager role or similar position.
• Strong background in Data Science with expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams and mentoring junior staff members.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
