Role: Senior AI / Generative AI Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior AI / Generative AI Engineer with 7 10 years of software engineering experience and strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of Python, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and scalable AI system architecture, along with hands-on experience building production-ready AI applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Architect and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions for intelligent search, document processing, and question-answering systems.
  • Design and build Agentic AI solutions using autonomous agents, orchestration frameworks, and tool integrations.
  • Develop NLP-based applications for text processing, summarization, semantic search, document intelligence, and conversational AI.
  • Design end-to-end AI application architecture, including data ingestion, preprocessing, embeddings, vector search, model inference, and deployment.
  • Build scalable, secure, and high-performance AI services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI applications and automate deployment workflows.
  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and structured/unstructured data sources.
  • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to support AI workloads and data pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineering, Product, and DevOps, to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
  • Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI architecture, design reviews, and technical best practices.
Required Skills Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 7 10 years of experience in software engineering, with significant hands-on experience in AI/Generative AI development.
  • Strong programming expertise in Python.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Experience building LLM-based applications, including:
    • Text Processing
    • Document Intelligence
    • Text Summarization
    • Question Answering (QA)
    • Semantic Search
    • Conversational AI / Chatbots
  • Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and LLM orchestration frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native AI services.
  • Strong experience with GitHub, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience designing and implementing data ingestion and data processing pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed system architecture.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar Agentic AI frameworks.
  • Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, or Milvus.
  • Experience with Vertex AI, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, model evaluation, observability, and responsible AI principles.
