Summary:

As a AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting Machine learning solutions that can effectively process and generate natural language. Your typical day will involve designing neural network parameters and working with extensive datasets to ensure the models are trained on large quantities of unlabeled text data, ultimately contributing to advancements in natural language processing technology.

- Expected to be an SME.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning/AI

- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications.

- Experience with natural language processing techniques and tools.

- Familiarity with data preprocessing and augmentation methods.

- Ability to analyze and interpret model performance metrics.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 1 years of experience in Large Language Models.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
