Data Science Engineer (AI)

We are looking for a Data Science Engineer (AI) with 2 3 years of hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning and AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to transform data into actionable insights and scalable AI models.

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for real-world business problems
• Perform data collection, cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA)
• Build and optimize predictive, classification, NLP, or recommendation models
• Develop data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment
• Collaborate with software engineers to productionize models (MLOps)
• Monitor model performance, accuracy, drift, and scalability
• Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
• Document models, methodologies, and findings for stakeholders

• 2 3 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra
• Experience working with SQL and relational databases
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, or Tableau)
• Familiarity with REST APIs and model integration
• Knowledge of NLP or Speech Analytics is a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is an advantage

• Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker)
• Experience in real-time analytics or streaming data
• Knowledge of AI ethics, bias, and model explainability
• Experience in contact center analytics, speech intelligence, or CX AI
