We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Science Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with data analytics team to support data-driven decision-making through data analysis, insight generation, and basic model development across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Generate regular and ad hoc reports using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and BI platforms.
Support the development of dashboards and data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
Contribute to ongoing initiatives related to data science, analytics, and data management.
Assist in building, handling, and evaluating basic statistical and machine learning models under guidance.

Required Skills Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
Good understanding of statistics, probability, data structures, and fundamental data analysis concepts.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools.
Exposure to at least one programming language, preferably Python.
Familiarity with SQL and databases is a plus.
Basic understanding of machine learning concepts is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of data science and analytics.
Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
