Job Description

NetConnect Global is hiring an Advanced Data Science Associate Consultant for a leading client. We are seeking experienced professionals with strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models to design and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade Agentic AI solutions.
• Build and optimize RAG-based applications and multi-agent architectures.
• Fine-tune and evaluate Large Language Models for enterprise use cases.
• Develop observability and evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
• Implement MCP-based integrations and AI workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Drive innovation in Generative AI and advanced analytics initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python and related AI/ML ecosystems.
• Experience building enterprise-scale AI applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
