Role: Data Quality Specialist (Project Support Administrator Business Operations)
Location: Bangalore
Work Schedule: 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Intro
As a Project Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting business operations and project delivery across the Channel Islands. You will collaborate with client-facing teams, shared services, and project leads to deliver operational initiatives, manage banking platforms, and maintain key business records. The role requires attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Channel Islands projects, collaborating with teams in Guernsey, Jersey, and India to deliver operational improvements and business initiatives
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of internet banking platforms, including user access, data updates, troubleshooting, and annual reviews to ensure alignment with company policies
- Aid in the maintenance and periodic circulation of Authorised Signatory Lists (ASLs), ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Provide project-based support for onboarding, termination, CDD/KYC checks, FID reviews, file reviews, billing, cash collection, and general administration
- Support the collation, maintenance, and distribution of internal staff CDD documents
- Assist with data management, system testing, data uploads, and maintaining accurate client records
- Monitor exception reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support efficient project delivery
- Stay up-to-date with relevant industry changes (e.g., interest rates, legislation) impacting Channel Islands operations
- Support teams to ensure client records and statutory databases/registers are kept current
- Communicate openly and promptly with team members and project stakeholders
- Maintain client documents with integrity and confidentiality
- Suggest ideas to improve project and daily task efficiency
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders across Guernsey, Jersey, and India
- Accurately record time spent on project and client matters for billing purposes
- Ensure compliance with professional conduct, quality, and ethical standards
- Follow priorities set by the local Board and Management team, in line with the wider company strategy and project prioritization
