Data Quality Assurance, QA/UAT Lead

• 8+ years of experience in Data Quality Assurance, QA/UAT Lead or similar roles in a product-led environment.
• Expert-level test planning, test case creation, scenario design, and defect management, defining and enforcing test frameworks.
• Proven experience managing business, D&T, and vendor stakeholders to coordinate QA/UAT activity, resolve issues, and drive alignment on testing outcomes and acceptance.
• Strong understanding of sustainability reporting data (Scope 1/2/3, packaging, waste, water, SuSo, etc.) will be advantageous.
• Ability to interrogate data and logic sufficiently to validate test outcomes.
• Ability to challenge vendors and drive clarity in requirements, acceptance criteria, root cause analysis and retesting.
• Ability to dive into mapping files, transformation logic, factor libraries, and scorecards.
• SQL/data manipulation skills and confidence in validating calculation logic.
• Experience successfully delivering QA for complex projects to a high standard and within short timeframes.
