Summary: As a Data Platform Engineer, a typical day involves contributing to the development and refinement of the data platform architecture. This role requires close collaboration with various architects to align system integrations and data models, ensuring seamless data flow and platform coherence. The position demands active engagement in planning and coordinating efforts to support the overall data infrastructure, fostering a unified and efficient environment for data management and utilization.
Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data platform enhancements and troubleshoot issues.

Assist in documenting platform designs and integration workflows to maintain clear communication across teams.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on platform-related tasks.
Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in PySpark.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines using PySpark.

Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts and big data processing frameworks.

Ability to optimize PySpark jobs for performance and resource efficiency.

Familiarity with data integration techniques and working with various data storage systems.

Knowledge of debugging and troubleshooting complex data workflows in a distributed environment.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PySpark.

This position is based at our Indore office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
