Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of data platform initiatives with organizational goals.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to promote professional growth and technical excellence.

Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations in the data platform architecture.

Experience with data integration techniques and understanding of data modeling principles.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data platform challenges.

Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Kinaxis.

This position is based at our Chennai office.
