Job Description
Role: Data Platform Engineer
Location: Bengaluru
Desirable skills- Hands-on experience with HighByte Intelligence Hub and/or HiveMQ (including HiveMQ Enterprise extensions).
- Familiarity with industrial protocol basics (OPC UA, Modbus, ).
- Experience with Kepware or another industrial connectivity gateway.
- Exposure to OT network segmentation, Purdue model / ISA-95 zoning and firewall constraints in a plant environment.
- Manufacturing or industrial domain experience.
- Certification: Azure Administrator / DevOps Engineer, CKA / CKAD,.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics or a related discipline.
- 5 8 years of overall experience, of which at least 2 years operating a production data or streaming platform.
- Evidence of having developed data transformation pipelines, preferably if optimized for latency
- Evidence of having automated a deployment that was previously manual, and of having been on the hook when it broke.
