Ability to reason about schema evolution compatibility and downstream consumer impact
Data Architecture Lineage
Proven ability to document fieldlevel lineage and origin traceability
Experience mapping raw telemetry into normalized analyticsready schemas
Familiarity with structured data modeling concepts used in enterprise data platforms
Governance Communication
Ability to operate as a standards owner and control authority not just a contributor
Comfort working across engineering FinOps and architecture stakeholders
