Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for Markets data.
- Create and maintain comprehensive data mappings, data lineage, and metadata documentation.
- Collaborate with IT Architects to design and optimize data structures and databases.
- Work closely with DevOps and engineering teams to implement and validate data models.
- Translate business requirements into Product Backlog Items in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and availability across the data platform.
- Act as the subject matter expert for data sourcing, integration, distribution, and utilization.
- Support data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data processes and architecture.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Data Modeling and Business Analysis.
- Strong expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.
- Experience in the Banking/Financial Markets domain.
- Knowledge of financial markets products and processes.
- Experience with Erwin, Enterprise Architect, or similar data modeling tools.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data.
- Knowledge of data governance, data lineage, metadata management, and data quality.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
