About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Data Modeler to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain data models that align with business requirements, ensuring data consistency and optimization across our systems. As a key collaborator, you will work with cross-functional teams to drive data integration and deliver impactful solutions for our reverse mortgage initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models based on business needs in the reverse mortgage domain.
• Build and maintain data models using Erwin Data Modeling tools or equivalent.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and ETL developers to translate requirements into efficient and scalable data structures.
• Develop Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) documents to guide ETL development and ensure accurate data integration.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and optimization across data marts and warehouse layers.
• Document data definitions, relationships, and metadata for ongoing reference and use.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with data modeling tools such as Erwin or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, including dimensional modeling, normalization, star/snowflake schemas, and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks within established timelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the financial services or mortgage domain.
