  • Extensive experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance data modeling, including policy, coverage, claims, premiums, reinsurance, and party/role models.
  • Proficiency with data modeling tools such as erwin, ER/Studio, SqlDBM, or PowerDesigner.
  • Strong SQL skills for data validation, analysis, and model prototyping.
  • Experience working as a client-facing lead while coordinating with offshore engineering teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Unity Catalog, Microsoft Purview, or Collibra.
  • Knowledge of ACORD or other insurance industry data models.
  • Exposure to actuarial data marts, semantic modeling, graph modeling, or dbt model governance.
  • CDMP or equivalent Data Management certification.
Qualifications
