Job Description

Title: Data Migration Oracle PL/SQL Developer
Location: Pune
Exp: 4-8 Years

 Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
  • Write complex SQL queries and optimize them for maximum performance and efficiency.
  • Perform database design, data modeling, and schema management activities.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve database performance issues.
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes and data migration scripts.
  • Collaborate with application developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement database solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Implement database security, backup, recovery, and data integrity procedures.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions for business-critical applications.
  • Prepare technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database.
  • Expertise in PL/SQL Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and Views.
  • Strong SQL programming skills with experience in query optimization and performance tuning.
  • Experience in database design, schema management, and data modeling.
  • Hands-on experience supporting business-critical applications.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
  • Experience working in the Telecom BSS/OSS ecosystem.
  • Exposure to ETL processes and data migration activities.
  • Familiarity with production support and incident management.
Preferred Competencies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-critical environment.
  • Strong ownership and accountability.
  • Good understanding of database performance monitoring and optimization techniques.
