Role & responsibilities
- Take care of purchase orders, supplier information, and inventory details are updated regularly.
- Assist in managing procurement documentation, including quotations, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Female candidate with 1-3 years of experience in back-office roles.
