Job Responsibilities:

• Good in Verbal English communication & Written
• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company systems and databases.
• Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as required.
• Maintain records of inventory, purchase orders, invoices, and other operational documents.
• Coordinate with different departments for data collection and record management.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
• Perform routine administrative and office support tasks.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and data entry software.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of office administration.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
