Responsibilities :

Enter and update accurate data into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
Review data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies and correct them promptly.
Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.
Generate reports and assist with data organization for different departments.
Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks.
Coordinate with the team to verify data accuracy.

Requirements :

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Typing speed: Minimum 30 40 words per minute.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Prior experience in data entry will be an advantage.
