Data Entry (Jewellery) Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry professional with expertise in Jewellery to join our team at KAKADIAM LLP Textile. The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of jewellery inventory, sales, and customer interactions.
• Develop and implement effective data entry procedures to ensure high accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to jewellery orders or shipments.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Analyze and report on data trends and patterns to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to data security and confidentiality.
