Job Description
Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Data Engineering Manager to lead a team of Data Engineers and drive the delivery of enterprise data solutions. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Databricks, proven people management experience, and a valid Databricks certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Data Engineering teams.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Data Engineering and Data Migration projects.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL solutions.
- Oversee Data Warehousing and BI initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Manage resource planning, forecasting, and project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to data governance and best practices.
