About the Role

Data Engineer is part of Willsfly Technologies Inc s global product engineering hiring system. This role supports enterprise software, platform systems, product maturity, and long-range operating continuity through structured technical contribution and accountable execution.

Delivery Scope

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize data pipelines that support enterprise product, platform, and analytics environments.

• Support reliable movement of enterprise data with quality, observability, and governance awareness.

• Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to improve data readiness for products and decisions.

• Contribute to scalable data platform execution with secure integration logic and maintainability.

• Help improve platform maturity across ingestion, transformation, and operational reporting layers.

Hiring Baseline

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL systems, or analytics platform delivery.

• Strong knowledge of scalable data movement, transformation logic, and engineering discipline.

• Experience with structured enterprise data systems and production-aware delivery models.

• Ability to work inside cross-functional enterprise teams.

Preferred Profile

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with analytics systems, cloud data services, or enterprise reporting platforms.

• Exposure to ML-ready or AI-ready data pipelines.
