Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid currently 2-3 days WFO)
About the Role:
- Design and implement end-to-end data architecture, including data modeling, storage solutions, data pipelines, and security frameworks.
- Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support analytical, transactional, and operational use cases.
- Lead the integration of structured and unstructured data from various sources into data lakes and data warehouses.
- Define and maintain data governance, security, data quality, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.
- Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing workflows for performance and scalability.
- Evaluate and recommend new data management technologies, tools, and practices.
- Support real-time and batch processing solutions using modern big data and streaming technologies.
- Document data flows, data models, and architecture decisions.
