Essential Job Functions:

• Demonstrate leadership and flexibility
  as well as the ability to build rapport with Executive leadership and Head of Departments and project team
  
• Document architectural designs and best practices for future reference
  
• Effectively manage scope and dependencies
  identify risks and issues
  and proactively resolve/mitigate them
  
• Work closely with implementation partners on project status
  risks
  mitigation
  and timing; ensure projects are delivered to time
  cost
  and quality
  
• Responsible for Enterprise Data Architecture
  ensure adherences of data principles for compliance requirements
  
• Keep management informed of key issues and changes which may impact expected business results
  recommend alternative options to mitigate business impact
  
• Assist with the development of business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for spending and initiatives
  
• Oversee the design
  maintenance
  and implementation of the systems
  
• Prioritise tasks to ensure project are implemented in accordance with project plans and budgets
  
• Recommend process
  product or service improvements
  resource optimisation and cost savings
  
• Ensured compliance with security policies as well as industry standards throughout all stages of the project
  

Qualifications :

• Education and Work Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in computer science
  Engineering
  or equivalent
  
• Possess 15+ years of experience in Data Lake and BI Visualization projects
  specializing in the setup and management of projects from inception to completion
  
• Successfully managed a minimum of 2 to 3 comprehensive implementations of Enterprise Data Lake and Business Intelligence projects
  including at least one project experience within the Manufacturing Industry
  
• Proficient and having in-depth experience with the following technologies: SAP-HANA
  Py-Spark
  Azure Data Factory
  Azure Databricks
  Azure Logic Apps
  Azure Fabric
  Azure DevOps
  Power BI
  etc
• In-depth Understanding of data integration
  collection
  transformation
  correlation
  and analysis (ETL/ELT)
  
• Highly proficient in project management principles
  methods
  techniques
  and tools
  
• Ability to lead and coach a team in the areas of Data Analytics
  AI/ML and BI
  

Mandatory Skills:

• Successfully managed implementations of Enterprise Data Lake and Business Intelligence projects
  including at least one project experience within the Manufacturing Industry
  
• Proficient with the following technologies: SAP-HANA
  Py-Spark
  Azure Data Factory
  Azure Databricks
  Azure Logic Apps
  Azure Fabric
  Azure DevOps
  Power BI
  etc
• In-depth Understanding of data integration
  collection
  transformation
  correlation
  and analysis (ETL/ELT)
  
• Ability to lead and coach a team in the areas of Data Analytics
  AI/ML and BI
  
• Azure: Strong knowledge of Data Lakes
  Data Warehouses
  and cloud architecture
  
• Solution Architecture: Experience in designing web applications and data engineering solutions
  
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  Experience in communicating to the executive leadership
  
• Fast Learner: Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and adapt to changing requirements
