Data Architect - AEP

About the job

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect ? AEP to design and manage customer data solutions on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). The role involves defining data models, building ETL pipelines, and structuring large-scale datasets to provide a 360? customer view. You will work directly with enterprise clients and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality, actionable data solutions.

Responsibilties

? Interface with Adobe Experience Platform customers to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide recommendations.
? Lead client meetings, workshops, and project calls in coordination with Project Managers.
? Design data models and schemas for customer-centric datasets across CRM, POS, marketing, offline channels, and call center data.
? Build and manage ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and load large-scale datasets.
? Create Customer ID mapping files and unified data structures to support a 360? customer view.
? Develop scripts to automate data movement, cleansing, and transformation processes.
? Collaborate with onshore and offshore engineering teams to deliver solutions efficiently.
? Produce technical specification documents and contribute to project planning, billing, and forecasting.
? Innovate new approaches to solve client data challenges.

Required Qualification

? Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field with 8?10 years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Architecture and AEP.
? Strong expertise in Data Modeling, ETL pipelines, SQL/NoSQL, data warehousing, and big data technologies for customer-centric solutions.
? Proven project delivery track record with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a customer-focused, hybrid environment.
