Role & responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for internal applications, dashboards, and automation solutions. 
• Design, build, and maintain automation flows that improve business processes and operational efficiency. 
• Develop and enhance Power Apps that support business needs and align with team goals. 
• Partner with stakeholders and leadership to provide clear project updates, timelines, and status reports. 
• Manage project expectations by identifying risks, communicating impediments, and proposing practical solutions. 
• Troubleshoot technical issues proactively and implement effective resolutions to minimize disruption. 
• Analyze business and technical requirements to recommend process improvements and scalable solutions. 
• Contribute to high-quality deliverables while supporting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the team
