Job Description
Job Requirements*
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Reporting roles
- Strong expertise in SQL for querying, transformation, and analysis
- Experience analyzing data, creating data models, and supporting analytics workloads
- Understanding of compute fundamentals (virtualization, containerization, OS, system administration)
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure acceptable)
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
- Experience working with relational and/or nonrelational databases
- Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Hive)
- Handson experience using Git / version control
- Minimum CEFR B2 communication proficiency
Key Responsibilities*
- Provide Tier2 technical support for data analytics and reporting use cases
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to SQL queries, data pipelines, and analytics platforms
- Support customers in data modeling, performance optimization, and insights generation
- Analyze logs, dataset behavior, and system performance to identify root causes
- Work with crossfunctional teams to resolve escalated analytics issues
- Maintain accurate documentation for cases, solutions, and known
